My Birthday

I have the best friend ever! For my birthday, she reserved the Shasta Builders' Exchange Training Center and had a themed party... Any guesses? It was a Twilight screening! How awesome! She had pizza, popcorn (in cute popcorn bags), movie theater candy, coke and any other soft drink you could think of. She pulled the big projector screen down and played Twilight, it felt like we were actually in the theater. What a great way to kick off "New Moon". On top of that she gave me a New York theme gift complete with... Calendar, maps, Starbucks, Manhattan Bagel, pictures of us from other trips and a New York City tour book. I feel like the luckiest person to have her, her family and mine in my life. Thank You Kat!

Tab's Birthday!

This girl is so difficult. I tell her I'm doing something for her on her birthday and she acts like I'm pulling teeth. Anyways, I hope I don't disappoint.

Things To Do In Before "New Moon"

So, here I am sitting around dreading everything I have to do and just not doing it. Instead of doing the things that need to be done I am thinking about how long until the much anticipated "New Moon" comes out. Not only am I thinking about when it comes out, but what I can do to really get into the Twilight Saga mood. So, here are a few things I have thought of...

1. Twilight Scene-It (now available in stores and amazon.com)

2. Check out Live with Regis & Kelly : Kristen Stewart on November 18, Robert Pattinson on November 19 and Taylor Lautner on November 20.

3. Watch Robert Pattinson on Ellen November 20 (will be taped on Nov. 17)

4. Read and Watch Twilight

5. Read New Moon

6. Have a "New Moon" Pre-Party

I am quite sure that Kat and I will be doing most of these ideas if not all of them. Below I have listed a couple different websites that have Twilight & New Moon Party decorations. If you have any other ideas or suggestions please let us know! Enjoy!

Home from Vegas

Me and my family had a blast! Although, I missed Tab, I had the time of my life. The trip down took forever. I don't recommend it. Next time I'll fly.

We got there around 10 a.m., had breakfast and hung out at the pool until our room was ready. The penthouse suite was so big and so nice. I have to tell you, it was not on the top floor. I guess Hilton calls all their 3 bedroom suites that are on the top three floors "penthouse suites". No complaints, it was awesome.

CHECK OUT THE CUSTOM AUDI! (that was at Caesars)

My husband and I went out the first night. Saw a show and hung out at New York New York. The show "showed" alot wink wink. We went to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, Darnell and Emily saw Spongebob at the Excalibur, me and Emily rode the Roller Coaster at New York New York, we saw the fountains at the Bellagio. We rode up the Coke elevator, we went to M & M Morld. We saw the Sirens (pirates) at Treasure Island, we rented a red Camaro and cruised out to the Hoover Dam. We shopped at Planet Hollywood and the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. We experienced Fremont St. on Halloween.

I love Vegas and can't wait to do it again.
